We're looking for a Service Engineer

As part of our continued expansion, we are looking to employ an additional Service Engineer. 

This role will predominantly cover the West Midlands. The successful candidate will work on various types of CNC Machine Tools associated with the Sheet metal industry from manufacturers including RAS, Yawei, Adira and Krasser.

The Service Engineer role covers a range of responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to:

• The installation and repair of new and used sheet metal machines
• Completing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
• Repairing or replacing broken equipment, and maintaining all parts
• Working in the Used Equipment department restoring machinery
• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email and on-site
• Other relevant duties as assigned by management

A sound mechanical, hydraulic and electrical knowledge, together with a working knowledge of CNC controls will be advantageous for the successful applicant. General knowledge of all manufacturers and equipment in the company’s line would also be beneficial.
