Introducing the TSB 835x25T CNC PRESS BRAKE

With a static and dynamic welded rigid body, the brand new Teslabrake offers a super compact design, meaning it takes up the absolute minimum floor space in your business whilst still packing a massive punch.

It is designed to be lifted by fork truck making positioning and moving the press brake easy.

An ergonomic design makes this an easy machine for any operator to use while an integrated tool cabinet keeps everything they need close by.

The TSB 835x20T CNC PRESS BRAKE also features:

  • An adjustable front table
  • Upper beam removed by single hydraulic cylinder
  • Upper Beam/ Ram controlled by servo proportional valve and 5 ยตm linear scale for accurate positioning and repeatability.
  • 260 mm or 10โ€ hydraulic stroke to ensure the use of long upper tooling
  • Fast down speed 150 mm/s; Bending speed 10 mm/s; Fast up speed 150 mm/s
  • Promecam tool holders for the usage of segmented upper tooling
  • Narrow lower bed for segmented bottom tooling.
  • Standard segmented upper and lower multi-V tooling
  • Mechanical crowning
  • Electrically interlocked side and back doors
  • Laser finger protection system
  • Touchscreen control with 2D graphics and auto bend sequence calculation
  • X- and R axis servo motor controlled back gauge
  • Backgauge rigid designed with linear guides and ball screws.
