Finn-Power E6

FLEXIBILITY AND PRODUCTIVITY THROUGH SERVO ELECTRIC PUNCHING

FINN-POWER introduced servo electric punching in 1998, and has subsequently extended it to integrated cells, to automatic bending and to press brake solutions. The success story now continues with a new turret punch press range for larger sheet sizes and with many new, productive features and options. The new generation of E technology is based on both extensive experience and innovation.

Capacity, versatility and operation economy

In the FINN-POWER solution, high hit speeds, high axis acceleration and a full 3-meter working combine for high productivity. The punching and forming stro es are NC controlled. Repeatability in punching and accuracy in forming (high static force ensures absolute upper tool stability during forming action) allow e.g. bending and progres- sive roll forming; thus most compl e x components can be fabricated.

Inherent benefits of servo electric technology are low power connection requirement, low power consumption and low maintenance, amounting to major savings.

All FINN-POWER punching benefits

FINN-POWER E features all the well known features for versatile, flexible performance such as a rigid O -frame, automatic clamp setting and moving, fast auto index system, a flexible tool holder concept compatible with drop-in, index and Multi Tool® technology, etc. Intelligent stroke control (ISC) automates tool adjustment when tools are changed for fast operation

The wide range of options available includes solutions for tapping, inkjet marking, etc.
