Punching
Pivapunch is designed to process coil up to 1500mm in width. The three main components that make up the cell are the decoiler, straightener and punching unit. There are a number of options available that can be added to increase the output of the system, this is totally dependent on the volume of parts required.

The punch cassette holds a number of standard thick turret tooling, with optional index and notching stations. The punching line can have up to four cassettes with two punching simultaneously.

Bending
Pivatic bending lines can bend both the long and short sides simultaneously, both positive and negative bends. There are various loading, unloading and stacking options available.

Pivatic punching and bending machines can be fully integrated offering a total manufacturing solution, from coil to finished bent part in one process, welding can also be included in the line
