Unbeatable: Our slew bending principle
Two independentantly moving bending jaws assure nearly unlimited rearward bending space and flexibility and gurantee complete surface protection.
Weinbrenner B12 bending centres master sheet thicknesses of up to 3mm and flange heights up to 350 mm. The automatic tool changer results in zero set-up time.
In case of unplanned machine stops, our remote Tele-and Videoservice guarantees immediate problem analysis.
The B12 can be fully integrated in already existing or planned production units/systems as there are punching/laser lines or complex stocking systems. All hard- and software systems are fully compatible and adaptable.
Loading system
Weinbrenner offers a multitude of loading system solutions as there are loading devices with multiple loading stations, for example in the B 12 rear section from a high rack storage area or the B12 front section by a fork lift/stackler or manually. In case of multi segment stocks, up to eight different batches/piles of different shaped metal sheets can be loaded by the individually programmable suction nozzles and be bended in an individually predetermined sequence.
Reliable sheet separation is guaranteed by a fanning magnet and/or blast air separation nozzles after upstream sheet thickness measurement.
Tool changer
High speed tool assembling for metal sheet clamper/downholder. Tool configuration is automatically calculated and determined by metal sheet dimension, length and width.
LU Option
Additional device for the manufacturing of welding link straps, mounting links and multi-shaped openings. These various opening shapes are enabled by the use of "sliding-tools", located on the persistent bending bar. Positioning of tools is individually programmable.
Option LKNU
Device for the unloading of parts whose last flanches are
bended downwards.
Sheet turn-over
unit
Turning of sheets to position the punching burr upwards.
For sheets, which don't have to be turned, the unit serves
as an additional sheet loading buffer.
Punching option
In loading unit integrated punching device for orthogonal
notching of sheets, accomplished simultaneously to bending
process.
